PINS Social Club has announced its brand new food and drink offering for the summer including a rotisserie chicken menu, and all new American-Italian sharing plates.

The three-floor entertainment venue based on Duke Street in Liverpool will treat guests to an all new Italian-American inspired food menu as well as a selection of cocktails and drinks served in a newly revamped dining area.

Starting off with its carefully crafted Rotisserie Chicken menu, which is brined in house then basted in garlic, thyme, lemon oil and salt. All rotisserie is available with a choice of specialist sauce; classic gravy, Caesar dressing, cacio e pepe or spicy Nashville chilli sauce.

PINS’ small plates, ideal for splitting amongst friends, now feature deep south fried chicken, nduja and hickory beans, and cacio e pepe mac andCcheese alongside a new range of salads and fries. With PINS’ “BIGS” offering American staples, philly cheese steak and their smash patty classic burger, along with lasagne made with ox cheek and pork and a not so lobster roll - lobster mayonnaise & crayfish on a brioche bun.

For a taste of Italy, guests will also find a selection of pizzas with fresh toppings including  mortadella and pistachio and cavolo nero. There is also a variety of nibbles to go alongside the classic dishes including homemade toasted focaccia with whipped chilli butter, olives and padron peppers.

To round off your meal, PINS’ new menu also features sweet treats including banana sundae with bourbon caramel banana and ice cream, key lime pie, chocolate brownie and struffoli, sweet deep fried pizza doughnuts.

On May 6, PINS will also be relaunching its brunch menu with a PINS Social Club sandwich, egg, cheese sausage patty and a variety of pancake options.

The club has also announced it will be launching a new cocktail menu filled with classic cocktail twists and PINS’ favourites.

Guests will be able to make the most of the bar’s happy hours, every weekday between 5pm and 7pm, where they can enjoy offers on select beers, house cocktails, bottles of wine and bottles of Prosecco.

The brand new menus will feature in PINS’ newly refurbished interior - with additional booth seating, a new raised platform area for a truly immersive entertainment experience.  Aerials and silk performers will appear weekly in the new upgraded space, with live music and dance performances every weekend.

Speaking on the refresh, PINS founder Dan Gillbanks said: “The PINS refresh is the perfect mix of quality food, drink and entertainment; with our new Italian-American influenced menu allowing us to take inspiration from some of the best dishes around the USA and its huge melting pot of cuisines and cultures.”
