A YOUNG cricketer's teammates have issued an urgent plea for him to get in touch after he was reported missing.
18-year-old Tom Wood, from West Kirby, has not been seen since around 11am on Saturday morning (February 10).
Tom, who plays for Upton Cricket Club, is described as 6ft 4in tall and was last seen in West Kirby.
A spokesperson for the club said: "If you do see him please get him to contact his mum or send her a message to tell here where he is."
Anyone who has seen Tom is asked to contact Upton Cricket Club through the club's social media channels.
Merseyside Police is also aware of Tom's disappearance.
