There is nothing better than the delicious smell of ripe strawberries and I had to share the news - Claremont Farm's strawberries are on sale now so don't miss out, they are the best strawberries in Wirral.
Infact they're so good, there's no need for a recipe. But if you insist - pick up some mini meringues when you buy your strawberries and you only need to lightly whip some cream, fold in halved strawberries and broken meringue shards and you've got a fool.
If you've got berry coulis or syrup of some kind you can add that too - but if the strawberries are ripe - they have so much flavour already!
