Sadness befell the league this week with the news of Mike Robson’s death after a long illness.

Mike was a speedy and bustling centre forward who gave as good as he got when scoring goals for all the teams he played for both on a Sunday and a Saturday during his chequered career.

Condolences go to his brother Ken and all other family members from everyone within the league.
