A solitary goal from Stuart Davies earned AC Hoylake a slender 1-0 success over Upton Youth and Manor Youth overcame Ashville Youth in a 3-0 win that saw Cliff Askew bag a double and Lewis Price a single in a great team effort.

Action from the Dundee Youth division saw AFC Liverpool take pole position following their hard fought 2-1 victory over Higher Beb (Sam Malone) as Jacob Cotgrave and Tom Breslin netted. Poulton Vics Youth came from behind to defeat Saints AFC with two late goals and earn a 3-2 success in which Bradley Greer, James Bayley and Leon Clarke scored. Bagging the responses were Connor Sandham and Manny Short.

A goal apiece from Morgan Woods and Joe Wingfield gave Glenavon Youth a 2-1 win against FC Spartans, who replied through Lewis Willingham and Heswall Youth overran Heswall Juniors with a 5-0 success thanks to efforts from Bayleigh Sherlock (2), Lewis Hewson, Jay Drayton and Connor Walton to ease them above Spartans on goal difference.

Wirral FA Premier Cup first round games resulted in mixed fortunes as FC Victoria went out on a penalty shoot-out versus AFC Houlihans after drawing 3-3 after extra time, as Danny Holdsworth netted a brace and James Swindlehurst bagged a single.
