I WAS shopping in Asda on Monday, July 11.

When I arrived at the checkout point, two ladies were ahead of me, possibly mum and daughter.

They had quite a big shop, and I did not have a lot of things, and was a little slow.

The elderly lady nicely asked did I need any help and took my goods right to the front up to the till then the younger lady carefully packed them for me.

Even the till operator said to me when she was giving me my change "your things are very cold get some gloves on".

Those nice caring ladies made my day so my sincere thanks to them from a 91-year-old man.
