Stop charity chuggers
I SHOULD imagine many people visiting the Birkenhead Grange Precinct shopping area are fed up with people approaching them expounding the aims of various charities.
These people are impeding people and should be stopped; or allowed to set up stalls, but not allowed to approach or talk to anyone walking through the shopping precinct.
